Are these printers really brand new?

Yes. Every printer and scanner we ship is brand-new, factory-sealed in original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or "renewed" units. Ever.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every product includes the full original manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year, sometimes longer depending on the model). You register directly with the manufacturer — HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother — using the serial number on the unit.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your package. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $7.99.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Unopened items ship back at no restocking fee. Opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. We use Stripe and PayPal for payment processing. Your card details never touch our servers — they go directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. The entire site is also served over HTTPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States (including AK and HI, with adjusted rates). International shipping is on our roadmap.

Can I cancel an order before it ships?

Yes. Email support@everydayprintingneeds.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been picked up by the carrier, we'll cancel and refund in full.

Are you affiliated with HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother?

No. EverydayPrintingNeeds is an independent retailer. We're not partnered with or endorsed by any printer manufacturer. We simply sell their products, factory-sealed, with the warranty intact.

How do I get help setting up my printer?

Each printer comes with a manufacturer setup guide in the box. We also provide free general setup guides for HP, Canon, Epson, and Brother on our Setup Guides page. For official technical support, driver downloads, or warranty assistance, please contact the manufacturer directly — links to all official brand support pages are included in our setup guides.
