30-Day Returns

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@everydayprintingneeds.com with your order number. We'll respond with return instructions within one business day.

Unopened Items

Unopened items (factory seal intact) qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping, except in cases of our error.

Opened Items

Opened items in like-new condition may be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Items showing wear or missing parts may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your printer arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened ink cartridges or toner.
  • Custom print jobs (business cards, flyers, etc.).
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

If your issue is beyond 30 days but within the manufacturer warranty period, you can file a warranty claim directly with HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother using the serial number on your unit. We're happy to help if you get stuck — just email us.
